I read an article pertaining to Classroom Management, it elaborated on a method called hallway conference. I have used this method in my class 5 times and am batting .800. So I would say it works fairly well. Relatively speaking for a new teacher, I think my management is pretty good for a beginner, with respect to disruptive behavior and talking. I do however need to work on my engagement. I think one of my successes are the relationships that I have built with some of my students.
