Going Well 1: Advanced Algebra II has bought into the classroom culture and achievement that I am shooting for.
Going Well 2: Classroom Management is improving rather quickly.
Needs Improvement 1: Majority of Algebra I kids don't seem to care about their grades.
Needs Improvement 2: Majority of Algebra I kids don't value their education and lack goals and ambition.
Improvement Plan 1: Work harder, especially after football, to provide higher quality and clearer instruction.
Improvement Plan 2: Try to get to know the kids a little more outside of school, build more mutual respect and try to present my advice in a way that is perceived as valuable knowledge, rather than just an adult telling them how they're not on a good track and need to worry about the future.
